The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in First Response Emergency Care (RQF) covers: the role and responsibilities of a first responder, structured patient assessment, management of trauma patients, major illnesses, life threatening bleeding control, airway management and administration of emergency oxygen and much more.
If a candidate is looking to book additional skills
- iGel, Penthrox, Entonox, Naloxone hydrochloride, Blood Sugar Measurements training. You are required to provide authorisation from a governing body / employer with robust clinical governance to support your training. Please contact us directly regarding this, An additional charge of £75 will be applicable for the extended days training covering these additional skills.
Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Administering Emergency Medical Gases (RQF) - £110
During this 1 day course, learners will develop the necessary knowledge and skills needed for the safe, prompt and effective administration of emergency oxygen and analgesic agents 'Entonox' N2O/O2.

We’re committed to raising standards in pre-hospital care and encourage all learners to join our Responder+ network for continued support and professional development. We also welcome partnerships with businesses delivering pre-hospital care services and aim to support providers who align with our values and high clinical standards.

FREC 3 Skills Development Course - £125pp
Refresh your knowledge. Practise your skills. Progress with confidence.
This 2-day, 14-hour CPD course is designed specifically for responders who are midway through their FREC 3 certificate (around 12–24 months post-qualification). Whether you're working in the field or preparing to progress to FREC 4, this course offers a hands-on opportunity to revisit, refine, and practise the essential clinical skills that can fade over time.

This course provides 14 hours of certified CPD and is ideal for anyone looking to maintain clinical competence, prepare for further study, or simply stay sharp in the field of pre-hospital care.
Qualsafe Level 4 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (RQF)
FREC®4 - £625pp
Fulfilling the competencies set out in the PHEM skills framework at descriptor level E, this qualification provides learners with the knowledge, skills and competencies needed to be able to deal with a wide range of Prehospital care emergencies, such as: major incidents, fracture immobilisation, sick and injured children, mental health issues and manual defibrillation and acquisition of a 12 lead ECG. By completing this course, you will be eligible to work with more responsibility and at a higher rate.


Qualsafe Level 3 Award in the Safe Administration of Lifesaving Medication (RQF) - £250pp
Successful learners will gain the knowledge and confidence needed to safely provide lifesaving medication at emergency or life-threatening incidents. Topics covered include: common types of lifesaving medication, determining a patient’s condition, guidelines and protocols relevant to the administration of lifesaving medication.
While achievement of this qualification confirms learners have met both the theoretical and practical requirements, this does not imply a ‘license to practice’ – the scope of practice will be determined by the organisation responsible for medication provision. This qualification does not allow a learner to obtain, store or medicate without clinical governance.
Qualsafe Level 4 Award in Out of Hospital Adult Immediate Life Support (RQF)
(OOHAILS) - £150pp
The Qualsafe Level 4 Award in Out of Hospital Adult Immediate Life Support (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification for people who have a specific responsibility at work, or in voluntary and community activities, to provide out of hospital emergency care to patients requiring emergency and urgent care.
Careful consideration has been given to the structure of this qualification, making sure that learning is comprehensive and is relevant to those working as emergency care providers, ambulance support workers or associate ambulance practitioners, registered healthcare professionals and those in specialist roles within the emergency services and military.
