Our Full Health Assessment is a one-hour, in-depth health check carried out by a qualified professional. We’ll review your medical and lifestyle history, take a full set of vital readings—including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, blood sugar, weight, oxygen levels, and ECG—and assess your wellbeing using tools like NEWS2, frailty, and wellness scoring. You’ll receive a personalised health report with clear guidance, signposting, and support options. Whether you’re managing a condition, supporting a loved one, or just want peace of mind, this is your first real step toward proactive care. No queues. No stress. Just clarity, support, and time well spent.


Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose of Service Vital View provides non-emergency, in-home health monitoring and wellness support. Our services are intended for preventative health screening, monitoring of vital signs, wellbeing consultations, and onward referral where appropriate. We do not provide emergency treatment, medical diagnoses, or prescriptions. ________________________________________ 2. Scope of Service • Services include: vital sign assessments, medical and lifestyle history gathering, wellbeing evaluation, and health trend documentation. • Any health concerns identified will be signposted or referred to the appropriate NHS or community care provider. • Our staff do not perform emergency medical treatment or manage acute medical events. ________________________________________ 3. Client Consent By using our services, the client explicitly agrees and consents to the following: • That Vital View practitioners may assess and monitor their vital signs and health status. • That, in the client’s best interest, Vital View may initiate referrals to NHS services, community care providers, or other relevant health agencies, either verbally or in writing. • That the client consents to Vital View sharing relevant health information with NHS primary care, emergency services, or, where necessary, law enforcement, strictly for the purpose of protecting health, safety, or fulfilling legal obligations. • That this consent remains in place while the client is receiving services, unless formally withdrawn in writing. ________________________________________ 4. Client Responsibilities • Clients must fully disclose their medical history, medications, and any relevant health concerns. • Clients are expected to follow up with their GP or healthcare provider on any recommendations or alerts provided by Vital View. • Clients must provide a safe, private, and respectful environment for all visits. ________________________________________ 5. Emergency Situations • Vital View is not an emergency response service. In a medical emergency, clients or their carers must call 999 or attend the nearest A&E. • Urgent visits provided by Vital View are non-emergency in nature and will only be scheduled within agreed hours based on availability. ________________________________________ 6. Limitations of Liability Vital View accepts no liability for: • Any adverse outcome resulting from failure to act upon our non-diagnostic recommendations. • Client decisions to ignore referrals or delay medical consult
