Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel the course booked, please do so 72 hours prior to the course starting. Refunds cannot be made within 72 hours of course commencing. We can reschedule your booked course 48 hours prior to the commencement of the booked start date and time. No shows on the day will not be refunded. Customers must attend the full course for assessment and accreditation purposes. We want to help you get the most out our courses and training.
